Heavenly Realm Publishing is not responsible for any poor quality photo's printed in the photo book due to customer's resolution quality in photo(s). If you are uncertain please us a call and we will be glad to help you. Please allow turn-a-round time of 10-15 business days or less to customize book and then the book will be shipped to you based on shipping choice. Customization time may increase due to weather, overload of work to be done to complete book, or nature that cannot be controlled.
